Link Le Neil, also known as Linky Larson as a composer, is a French dancer, choreographer, composer and movement researcher whose work bridges breaking, contemporary dance, floorwork and experimental movement.
After obtaining both a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance and the French State Diploma in Contemporary Dance in 2012, Link developed an interdisciplinary artistic practice centred on movement research, body mechanics and creative identity. He is the founder of Le Neil Dance Company (2018), co-founder of Supreme Legacy Crew (2013) and Wynkl Association (2014), an experimental dance collective based in Paris. In 2018, he also created Dance & Mental, a conference module exploring the relationship between artistic creation and mental processes.
Since 2017, Link has taught internationally, sharing The Matrix—his original methodology for developing artistic identity through movement research and body mechanics. His approach empowers dancers to develop their own creative language, artistic identity and conscious creative practice.
As both performer and choreographer, Link has collaborated with internationally acclaimed artists including Amala Dianor, Lionel Hun, Brahim Bouchelaghem, Yaman Okur, Marie-Claude Pietragalla & Julien Derouault, Vendetta Mathea, and Garry Stewart, performing in productions for the Théâtre National de Chaillot, Vogue World, the Olympic Games, Hugo Boss and HBO.
Alongside his dance career, Link composes original music under the name Linky Larson, creating scores for dance, theatre and film that extend his interdisciplinary artistic vision.
A respected figure within the international battle scene, Link is the 2026 Juste Debout Experimental World Champion and 2022 World Bboy Classic Champion, and is regularly invited worldwide as a judge for major international competitions. In 2024, he was appointed Artistic Director of La Manufacture des Arts in Aurillac, France, where he continues to develop innovative artistic and educational projects.
Workshop
Matrix: Dance, Creation & Artistic Identity
This workshop explores dance as a living research practice, offering participants practical tools to deepen both their movement vocabulary and creative process.
Through a series of movement mediums including Human Antenna, The Lian, and Time Windows participants will investigate different states of perception, sensitivity and physical awareness, opening new possibilities for movement exploration.
At the core of the workshop is The Matrix, Link’s original methodology for developing artistic identity. Rather than learning movement as a fixed technique or inherited style, participants will explore technique as an understanding of body mechanics, enabling each dancer to cultivate a personal movement language rooted in their own physicality and artistic vision.
Participants will be introduced to several of Link’s signature matrices, including:

The workshop will also investigate the creative process through Link’s concepts of the Impersonal Guide and the Genealogical Tree; creative frameworks that help artists develop clarity, autonomy and conscious decision-making while creating work.
Designed for dancers, movers and performing artists of diverse backgrounds, this workshop encourages participants to expand their creative tools while cultivating greater artistic independence.
The aim is simple: to develop full artistic sovereignty, creative freedom, and conscious choice.
