Jungle Dance, Goa
Jungle Dance is a two and a half acre site designed in line with the philosophy of permaculture. Nestled amongst the local village of Christian and Hindu families living together. It is perfectly situated just a 10 minutes ride away from the golden sandy beaches of Arambol and Mandrem. It is an ideal environment to nourish your soul with a cafe serving nutritious and locally sourced meals freshly made every day, filtered water on tap, electrolyte rich coconuts, a pool for swimming and relaxation, and three large studios.
You will have sole access to the newly built Kukom studio (17 x 10 metres) named after the tree which stands above it and the Jackfruit studio (17 x 12 metres) where you can dance under the beautiful blue skies during the day and under the stars at night!
Things to do
In Arambol and neighbouring districts there are regular ecstatic dances to enjoy, contact jams and sunsets on the beach. Every night there is a wide choice of live music events within easy reach. Weekend activities include excursions to the infamous Paradise beach and Redi Fort, (the magical tree entangled ruin) as well as many other places of natural beauty to explore.
The small state of Goa is located in western India with coastlines stretching along the Arabian Sea. A former Portuguese colony until 1961, 14 years after India’s independence. Goa was known as the Hippie’s paradise in the 60’s but nowadays it attracts people from all over the world and remains a unique location where cultures mix like no other place. It is a luxurious land, with a tropical climate and pristine beaches, each beach having its own speciality, beauty and serenity. The Portuguese architecture and churches stand against green paddy fields and coconut trees line the streets making Goa a paradise chaser’s dream.
Single occupancy on site can be arranged with an extra charge and non residential places are available upon request.
We have Standard huts with attached bathrooms and hot showers and basic huts with communal bathrooms and hot showers.
