We highly recommend purchasing travel/medical insurance to cover the duration of your stay in India.
Kalakeli Movement Arts/Kalakeli Productions Ltd is not responsible or liable for cancellations, delays, changes, or losses caused by acts of God, war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, accidents, visa issues or any other events beyond our control.
Possession of drugs or any illegal substances is punishable by law in India. We have a zero drug tolerance policy and if found in possession of drugs, necessary action will be taken
We expect participants to conduct themselves with respect and courtesy with regards to the space, the staff, local residents, teachers and fellow participants.
We expect the participant to be in full health, with no health related issues that would restrict or limit their participation
Kalakeli Movement Arts/Kalakeli Productions Ltd shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury caused during the intensive. However we will do all that is necessary to help and give advice on treatment due and/or refer the participant to the nearest health physician or hospital.
Here at Kalakeli Movement Arts your health and well being is our primary concern. Please communicate any medical, physical or mental health conditions so that we are best prepared to support you and your access needs. We require transparency if you are taking any medication, all information given will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared.
Kalakeli Movement Arts reserves the right to suspend or end the participants involvement in the intensive due to health challenges. This action will only be taken if the participants health and safety is at risk and/or Kalakeli Movement Arts is unable to provide the required support.
Kalakeli Movement Arts reserves the right to immediately end the participants involvement in the intensive, if the participant does not honour this commitment, cause disturbance/inconveniences to other participants or staff, breach any rules or refuse to abide by any of the terms and conditions mentioned here.
If the participant is asked to leave there will be no refund given.
By Registering your Interest in joining Kalakeli Intensive, you understand that You are giving permission for Kalakeli Movements Arts/Kalakeli Productions Ltd to capture your image in photographs and videotapes during the intensive. You acknowledge that Kalakeli Movement Arts/Kalakeli Productions Ltd will own such images and further grant permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such images in any manner whatsoever related to the business.
